Indonesian President goes YouTube

Following joining Twitter and Facebook bandwagon, Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has just started his YouTube debut. The tech savvy President will be using this channel to take questions from the public and deliver responses via recorded clips, The Jakarta Post reported.

What do you think on the President’s YouTube approach? Do you think you will use this (like creating your own YouTube video and asking a question) to communicate with the country’s leader?

By the way, do you have a chance to interact with the President on his social media outlets like Twitter and Facebook so far? If so, what did you tell him? Got a response from him?

  1. Social networking sites have now become a great place to deliver personalized messages to others. If the President SBY used it to interact with the supporters or sympathizers, of course it is not wrong, right?
