  1. Bluetooth Smart Ready
    The introduction of Bluetooth Smart Ready feature seems to be Google’s way to introduce wearable technology to the masses. All the devices supporting Android 4.3 will be able to support Bluetooth Smart accessories requiring like pedometers, thermometers, heart rate monitors and others. The syncing of low energy devices won’t affect the battery power of the device. This is a step ahead in the mass scale use of wearable tech in the near future.
  2. Auto-Complete Dial Pad
    This is not a new feature exactly because HTC and Samsung devices already have this ability but it was missing from the Android OS. In this, the user has to use the dial pad to enter contact number or contact name and the auto-complete feature will automatically suggest numbers and contact names from the stored list. This feature can be initiated by enabling the ‘Dial Pad Auto-Complete’ feature from the App Settings page.
  3. Profile Restriction
    In the last Android release, Google had added the multi-user option and in the Android 4.3 version, this feature has been enhanced with profile restriction wherein you, the user, can restriction the accessibility of apps and content consumption. In case you are using the multiple profile option, you can create profile and specify the functionalities the created profiles can access. This is really good for parents, enabling them to control what kind of content their kids’ access online.
  4. Access to Notifications
    The notification bar has always been popular with Android users.   8. Language Support
    Another wonderful feature is the addition of language support. Some recently added languages are Hindi, Africaans, Amharic, Swahili and Zulu. Additional support has been included for Arabic and Hebrew. The language support can be found in People, Home Screen, Settings, Phone and Keep Apps options.
  9. Keyboard
    The keyboard has undergone a major upheaval. The tap-typing recognition algorithm will make the input of text easier while composing emails or chatting via messages. The new Jelly Bean also makes use of emoji keyboard, as seen in iOS. The joysticks and gamepad buttons have been given lower latency input.
  10. Wi-Fi Location Accuracy
    Android 4.3 allows the user to use Wi-Fi in offline mode, that is, not in active mode for data access. The Wi-Fi can scan location more accurately and give better results. It will help Google to increase their location-based database. This feature will help to increase battery life.
