Iran is Top of the World in science growth!


Yes, you’ve got it right: Indonesia should follow this track. You know very well that many smart Indonesian people out there, but in term of scientific achievements, we still have a lot of things to do.

Hopefully Indonesian scientists and academicians keep generating more scientific publications and innovations. If this works well, the next step should be: Nobel. Yes we can!

Which country’s scientific output rose 18-fold between 1996 and 2008, from 736 published papers to 13,238? The answer – Iran – might surprise many people, especially in the western nations used to leading science. Iran has the fastest rate of increase in scientific publication in the world.

  1. Hmm.. I think it will be our great achievement if our scientists can be widely known world wide. It is to substitute the fame of Indonesia, not just for its corruption but its brilliant scientists.

  2. Remarkable improvement from Iran, Indonesia Universities and any other research organization within the country have to prioritize their eyes on publication as well as nowadays demand of scientific insight is necessary.
